Tips/ Serving suggestions
- Add in some dark chocolate chips / white chocolate chips or dice almond into the batter for a better taste.
- Enjoy this matcha cookie with matcha latte or hot milk.
- Allow cookies to cool to room temperature before storing.
- This cookie can be kept in an air tight container up to 5 days.
Steps:
Step 1:
Place softened
butter and sugar in the bowl of your hand mixer. Beat on medium speed for 3
minutes until very light and fluffy.
Step 2:
Add in salt and egg and beat for another 1 minutes.
Step 3:
Sift the cake flour
and Rosie’s Ross Matcha Green Tea powder into the butter mixture. Mix well until well
combined.
Step 4:
Next, fit a piping
bag with a nozzle. Scoop cooking dough into the piping bag and pipe small
circle shapes onto the trays that have been line with parchment paper or
silicon baking mats.
Step 5:
Bake the cookies on a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 150°C.
Step 6:
Allow cookies to
cool completely and enjoy.
