Tips/ Serving suggestions:

- The mousse needs to chill before it can be served and if you’re planning to layer the mousse, each layer must set before you add the next layer on top.

- You can keep the mousse in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

- You can also add strawberries, raspberries and chocolate decorations on top of the mousse for an extra special touch.

- Remove the mousse from refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving because allowing the mousse to come to room temperature will enhance the flavor and will amplify the creamy texture.

Steps:

Step 1:

Cut the Oven & Chalice Gelatin Sheet into small pieces and disperse gelatin into water. Fully melt the gelatin using double boil method. Set aside and let it cool down.

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, whip the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder, sugar, Socolic’s Chocolate Malt Drink Powder and cold milk for about 8 to 10 minutes at high speed until smooth and creamy.

Step 3:

Add the gelatin solution into the mixture and whip just until combined.

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into your preferred glass or cup and keep overnight in the chiller before serving.
