Tips/ Serving suggestions:

- You can use fresh mangoes, frozen mangoes or even canned mangoes as a garnish. 

- You have the option to substitute the evaporated milk with fresh milk or coconut milk to suit your option. 

- This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how many serving you would like to make.  

-  Mango pudding will last up to 3-5 days in the fridge which makes it a great make-ahead dessert. 


Steps:

Step 1:

Cut the Oven & Chalice Gelatin sheet into small pieces and dissolved in a water. 

Step 2:

In a pot, add in water, sugar, Snow Whip Ice Blended Powder (Mango) and cook all the in ingredients on a low heat for about 5 minutes. 

Step 3:

Next, add in gelatin into the pudding mixture and stir until dissolved. 

Step 4:

Pour the mixture into your favorite glass/bowl/container.

Step 5:

Cover with wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.

Step 6:

Lastly, put some condensed milk and fresh mangoes on top of your pudding and enjoy it right away.
