Tips/ Serving suggestions:

- Make sure to check freshness of your baking powder. If your baking powder is old or expired, you'll end up with flat pancakes, not light and fluffly ones.

- Make sure to whisk your batter properly to avoid any lumps.

- Rest the batter for 10 to 15 minutes before you start to cook your pancake.

- Wipe out the pan between batches to avoid any off tasting or burned bits.

Steps:

A. TIRAMISU PANCAKE

Step 1:
Mix all the ingredients and whisk until just incorporated. Allow to rest while you heat the pan.

Step 2:
Place a large steel skillet over medium heat. Once heated, lightly greased with oil and pour 1/4 cup of the batter in prepared skillet.

Step 3:

Once golden on bottom and bubbles begin to form on top, about 4 minutes, flip to other side. Continue to cook until golden brown for another 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

B. TIRAMISU FLAVORED WHIPPING CREAM

Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, mix the Snow Whip Whipping Cream Powder Mix , Snow Whip Ice Blended Powder (Tiramisu) and cold water until soft peaks for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step 2:

Pipe flavored whipping cream on top of your pancakes when it is ready.

Step 3:

Garnish with some chocolate chips or chocolate rice for a better taste and ready to be served.
