41. SNOW WHIP ROTI JALA CHOCOLATE

A. ROTI JALA CHOCOLATE 

B. CHOCOLATE SAUCE 

Tips/ Serving suggestions: 

-  Let your batter chill for a while, before you start cook the roti jala. 

- Use a non stick pan. If you don't have a non stick pan, simply butter generously for your first roti jala.  

- Do not flip your roti jala, just focus on one side. 

Steps:

A. ROTI JALA CHOCOLATE 

 Step 1:
Put all ingredients in a large bowl, and mix it until all are well combined. 

Step 2:

Next, sieve the roti jala mixture to avoid any lumps. 

Step 3:

Once done, put mixture into roti jala mould. 

Step 4:

Cook on a preheated pan. Move the mould slowly in a circular motion to form a pattern. 

Step 5:

Lastly, when cool enough, fold in both sides and roll to form a neat package. Set aside. 

B. CHOCOLATE SAUCE 

Step 1:

Mix all ingredients into a pot, and bring to a boil over medium high heat. 

Step 2:

Stir until it become thickened and ready to be served with roti jala.
