Steps:
A. MATCHA CUPCAKE
Step 1:
Sift wheat flour, Rosie's Ross Matcha Powder, baking soda and baking powder. Set aside.
Step 2:
Add in sugar and salt and mix until evenly distributed.
Step 3:
In another bowl, mix in buttermilk, oil, egg, vanilla essence and mix until throughly combined.
Step 4:
Pour the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until smooth ingredients forms.

Step 1:
To make the whipped cream, mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
