Tips/ Serving suggestions

- Sifting your matcha powder before adding hot water to minimize clumping. 

- You can  substitute this with whatever milk you like such as soy milk, oat milk or almond milk.  

- Using frozen mangoes works just as well if mangoes are not in season. 


Steps:

Step 1:

Place the mango in a  blender together with sugar and blend until the mixture is pureed but still slightly chunky. 


Step 2:

Place the  Rosie’s Ross Matcha Green Tea Powder and  add hot water. Then whisk vigorously until any remaining clumps dissapear. 


Step 3:

To serve, pour in the mango puree. Next, layer in ice cube and the milk. Lastly, gently pour the matcha mixture over the milk, aiming for the ice cubes to keep the layers cleanly separated.
